What is the return policy?
We offer a 30 day return policy on all orders. If your piece arrives and it is not what you expected or something is not right we will make it right. Just reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order and our team will guide you through the return process. Your satisfaction matters more to us than the sale.
When will I get my order?
Each piece is handcrafted and goes through a moulding and finishing process before it ships, we don't rush that part. International orders arrive within 10 to 14 business days. We'll send you tracking so you can follow it the whole way.
How are your products manufactured?
Every ShonenForge piece starts as a design concept inspired by the characters and series our community loves. From there each piece goes through a detailed moulding process where the design is shaped and refined before being handcrafted in solids. Every piece is individually finished and quality checked before it leaves our hands. We do not mass produce. Every order is made with care and built to last.
