OUR DESIGN PROCESSES
1) Sketching
Every piece begins with a pencil and an idea. We sketch each design by hand before anything is built mapping out every angle, proportion, and detail until it feels right.
2) 3D modelling
From paper to screen. Each sketch is transformed into a precise 3D model, giving us a complete view of every angle, proportion, and surface detail before the physical crafting begins.
3) Moulding Process
Once the design is finalised the mould is made. Liquid metal is carefully poured and set into the exact shape of the design the moment the piece transforms from a digital model into something you can actually hold.
4) Carving Finish
The final step and the most personal. Once the piece is cast every detail is hand carved and finished by our craftsmen sharpening edges, deepening engravings, and polishing surfaces until the piece meets our standard. This is what separates handcrafted from mass produced.
